At FameDrop, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the digital nature of our products, our refund policy is strict.

Digital Downloads

Because our products are digital goods delivered instantly upon purchase, we generally do not offer refunds once the download link has been accessed or the content has been sent.

Exceptions

Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

• The file is corrupted or unreadable, and our support team is unable to provide a working replacement.
• You accidentally made a duplicate purchase for the exact same pack.
• The content delivered was entirely different from what was advertised.

If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please contact us within 3 days of your purchase via Telegram or email.
